WAVC - Intra-day on BigCharts only shows high of 2.5 on Monday, even though the daily chart clearly hits 2.68 as you stated. Trusting the 5-minute chart, we have daily highs of 2.5, 2.53, and 2.5 so far this week. Since the highs are not dropping, does this change the TA outlook? I seem to remember penants were supposed to be down, not just out.
