Yeah I'm no TA expert, nor do I have the first clue what the Institutional activity might mean, or how it's provoked, but I still have the feeling that ICGE acts as a leading indicator for BWAY. Seems to me we're reaching the same conclusion for whatever reasons. Take a quick look at charts for the two. I'm optimistic still, and hanging in wishing I'd bought more at the bottom. Cheers
