Watson.. go back to Sudbury sometime and you'll see quite a different city and area.. the environmental reclamation of that area has been quite remarkable. and the fact of the matter is and was that the large majority of the acid rain was coming from coal smelter plants in the Ohio Valley and the lower Mississipi which had no environmental standards on them and everything headed north and east dumping it on Ontario. Quebec, and a lot of the Northeast states.
