You never wanted sdli to sell--part of me wishes the merger would fall through so we could just watch this baby run.

I can't even talk about it. It's just too painful.

JDSU either paid or will pay the management of SDLI hundred of millions of dollars of *cash*. There is no way SDLI wants to get out of the deal now. I would like to see the deal fall apart so JDSU and SDLI can each focus on their core. Big merger of such scale is difficult to have a smooth transition.
