Ken,

I listened to the Conference Call for FRDM tonight. Everything sounds good they are planning to cut back store expansion to only 50 this coming year. Thats 50 net which means closing some of the underperforming ones. Sales for the first quarter should grow 3-5%. They thought a 10-12% yearly earnings growth sounded to low. Some talk about a share buyback but they would need to borrow money to do so. Still it might be their best investment. Ex.. If you can borrow $20M and grow earnings 30% from a share buy back...

Not sure if I will hold but does not seem to have much downside. Just not my typical stock, lower volume etc..

Joe

Ken,

FRDM. Someone else must think the earnings are pretty good. What are we looking at for resistance levels? We could use a BUY recommendation out of one of the analysts. Volume is more than last week combined.
