(NASDAQ:JDSU) (T.TSE:JDU), the world's No. 1 supplier of fiber-optic components for telecoms networks, pushed back the closing date for its $22.3 billion acquisition of SDL Inc. (NASDAQ:SDLI) again on Wednesday because of ongoing U.S. antitrust concerns. The two companies, which had previously delayed a shareholders' vote on the deal from December until Jan. 26, have now rescheduled the vote for Feb. 12.
