Herc, good point. I agree with your statement... "In the end, the U.S. can do nothing to prevent offshore gambling websites. So they will have to join them with a U.S. presence." And I'd add that there is nothing more dispicable that having some foreigner stealing $$s from the poor American people. If anyone is gonna rob the America poor it should be good old Americans. That is the American way isn't it? A good old bible thumper like Ashcroft otta appreciate that bit of advise :) mqp
