Hi David, Scare? Nope ;-). With beta ~2.47, Broadcom can be a little jumpy. Aside from the lawsuit, interest rate uncertainty, Greenspan's testimony tomorrow, FOMC next week, revenue warnings by other techs, ...etc. If Ed Yardeni & Jeff Applegate are correct, the worst might be behind us or close to it.
