Interesting thing about Clinton's popularity rate - apparently there is a small, but sizeable portion of the population that hate him, and have always hated him, and will always hate him. I think it's about 12 -13 percent, if I recall right. I count myself as one of them. It's just visceral. I hate Gore worse! It's kind of like the feeling I get when I see a used car salesman with one of those mustaches that look as if they were pasted on, wearing a shiny suit that's the wrong color. Makes me grit my teeth and want to run in the opposite direction!
