1) The whole set of companies combined into one is a whole lot prettier. If you read a little deeper and did some better homework, you would know that this is coming soon. 2) BTW- You would also know the facts regarding the market cap as you failed to count the Class A Common Preference shares which are economically equivalent (and with a $6/share liquidation preference over the common to boot) along with the Common shares. 3) Whether the sellers are disgusted or not, I am sure that the one biting on those shares has a huge smile on his face.
