Yes, the stock price dropped to that level immediately following the poor Sandisk report and prior to the announcement that there would be a delay in the earnings report. But that is not to say that there will not be more people who assume the worse tomorrow.

re: The CFO needs to explain the delay.

The reason given was that the company needed more time to close fourth quarter and year end books. I doubt we will get any further explanation. I am in not pleased with this delay.

I hate to agree. The CFO should get whacked for this. My guess is they saw SNDK and are trying to reword their report to avoid the same pitfalls.
