Thanks for finding that, Kerry. It's one of the most clear and balanced articles I've read on the subject. CC is out this week. It's a good listening lesson for newer investors. I think the last CC mentioned a 75% return customer rate. This article suggests, in essence, "yes, they returned&#151but only 1.8 visits/quarter". That's an important detail! CCs, press releases, reality, and rhubarb are often found in separate aisles of the store. I still think it'll work, and one quarter showing the Bay Area profitable will pull this out substantially. I'll be in until April's numbers, then re-assess. Knowing the risk beforehand, I didn't allocate a large percentage here. I just like the model/idea&#151a lot.
