Trying to determine that myself right now Kevin. The part that bothers me is that the contract is only for 1.5 million in the first year, and also its with another tier 2-3 company. Looks suspiciously like the 4G contract WIN announced in summer. Oh well it's got momo and I'm watching it close to see which way she breaks from here. I agree its way oversold, but in this market that ain't saying to much. I remember last time it ran. Bought in the 8's, sold in the 9's. Damn thing hit $17 2-3 days later, when WIN runs it runs hard.
