Unfortunately it is no longer available but at the time of the merger or lets call it for what it was now that we know it was an acquisition there was a public sec document put out which was an internal letter from Horowitz to Go2Net staff.....in that letter Howoritz speaks in a way that made his staff and his shareholders feel he fully believed that this would be a merger in the true sense of the word.....perhaps someone like KLP made a copy of that..... it is worth reading..........No one who knew Horowitz actions prior to that or as outlined in that letter would conclude that his plan was to maximize his personal profit and bow out......and if that were the case he would have sold many more shares early on......my read on this is that he was a bit naive and taken by Jain ....what really echoes in my mind is the bullshit that was preached about how one of the main reasons Infospace was interested in the merger was the depth of management at Go2Net...... I do not think this story is by any means over.
