So with 10 million shares outstanding, that gives MMLD a market cap of 20 million max, less if we consider that less than half of this 10 mill is in the public float. So how is it that a company with a market cap of no more than $20 million can possibly give IFPT $38 million worth of its stock as IFTP has claimed will happen? Can you explain it? I'm at a loss.
