I think any jail time would depend on the monetary cost of the damage, in the State of Florida it would at least be criminal mischief and would be a misdemeanor, 1st or 2nd degree depending on the determined values..... but, that would be for criminal mischief of personal property... I might think that public federal property, especially the White House itself, might add something more aggravating to the circumstances and therefore constitute a felony... the lowest felony here is a 3rd degree felony and that can score five years Florida State Prison depending on the person's prior criminal history... if this is all they were ever arrested for, then they would likely get probation for a year or two, Federal probation in this case.....
