Didn't say I agree with the decision, just that a higher price makes it more likely that a fundamental short seller entered the fray.

On the research end, McDonald picked up coverage of XOXO today, with a strong buy. Legg Mason issued a general industry report, and reiterated that their favorite plays in the sector, strong buys both, are WCII and XOXO.

The weakness isn't coming from Wall St., at least from the firms that cover me.

Besides xoxo and wcii, other BBFW players are up or flat including tgnt, artt, and abiz. Some other emerging telecoms are down, albeit smaller percentages: fcom -6%, algx -2%, mcld -5%, etc. Seems to me that a decision was made by one or more institutions to quickly take some profits today. IMO, nothing against BBFW in particular.
