Actually, sw, I understood you originally.

It is rare that a short seller will short a fundamentally healthy company just because it is overvalued. Overvalued but healthy stocks can very easily get absurdly overvalued. A short seller who has that kind of strategy doesn't last very long. Short sellers will focus on companies that they believe are fundamentally broken and set a price that that company provides for a compelling reward on the short end.

There are short sellers out there who believe that WCII's business model will not make money. The higher the price of WCII, the greater the probability they'll be selling short.
