Khan. NTT is like a telecom monopoly branch of the Japanese government. They have their own plans for Japan, Korea, China and the rest on that end of the world. Think of NTT as a telecom Imperialist that sucks in unlimited cash by overcharging for telecom services in Japan and from the success of DOCOMO's I-mode and them uses that cash to buy into companies in other countries and "make them an offer they can't refuse" in the words of the movie, Godfather.
