Nite Mare: I bet your, no make that you're, either a paedophage or a gawdelpus. As to my father beating me, I can honestly say that beatings were not part of my upbringing. A well deserved spanking sometimes, but never a beating. Unlike you, I knew who my dad was, and he was a great guy. Lost him 4 years ago at age 93. He was my race track pal, and I have lost a lot of interest in racing since he left. He went to every Preakness from sometime in the 20's until 1995.
