talk about unprecedented speed -- my buddy was telling me about the layoffs....

To give you an idea, 6 months ago I was sent to a dotcom to work on XSLT to manipulate XML documents. I had never even heard of XSLT, but they took me without question. That project is over and I've been on the "bench" for a month and have been passed up on a few jobs I was qualified for. Qualified people were not sitting on the bench 6 months ago.
