No, I think the merger was a good move. The two companies compliment each other quite well. The problem was that INSP paid over $1.5 billion for a company that the market would now be valuing at about 1/3 of that. All internet stocks have fallen substantially since the merger. If INSP had waited until GNET was 1/3 of its price, the merger would have been a better financial deal.

My point was that INSP would seem to be just as well managed a company as it was a year ago when the stock was 20 times its current price. The loss of RH and AS is an unfortunate occurrence, but not a huge problem, IMO.
