Did you ever read Kurt Vonnegut's Cat's Cradle?... Unfortunately, no. Catch-22, yes. So I don't have a frame of reference to interpret Think Ice Nine Thanks for the prion replication mechanism- it's starting to come back. I guess you could say the minimum lethal dose is a single prion. Ah well- I'm not about to give up veal or filet mignon. This prion stuff is just a mechanism for the rich and elite to drive down the costs of their favorite foods. I should worry about school lunches though.
