Where is CIEN comment?

I found this:
teledotcom.com
For its part, Ciena is expanding internal production facilities and turning to more subsystem manufacturers that assemble entire component boards. But while expanding facilities may ease some of the supply crunch, it's unlikely to solve the problem completely. Much of the build process for DWDM equipment today is manual, with assemblers literally gluing together individual components. The cumulative effect is a long manufacturing process that can take hours to produce a single device.

Which indicates extreme demand for their products has led to their having to outsource to meet customers' needs. In short, success is their biggest problem.

Lucky that was Corning news and not Ciena.
You got me worried for a moment until it was later clarified that it was Corning.

That would have been a problem for JDSU.
