"I am not sure what you mean by the outbox" seems to conflict with "I have looked into that several times from our end and we can not seem to replicate the slowness" outbox clickstream, from subjects page, in classic is 'folders'\'outbox'. pretty easy to follow, no? <g> "Keep after me though..." a disturbing comment, imo. indicates that we must constantly remind you of a problem in order to get it addressed. which is not to say you haven't been constantly reminded. truth is, i would prefer to not keep after you. in fact, the only reason i brought this to your attention is because you appear to be someone who actually does something about these probs. suggesting that we "keep after" you sounds way too much like what i have come to expect from the other si reps who ask for our input. so now that you've mentioned it, you have my assurances you'll never hear me ask you about the outbox again. keep after yourself, man. :) mark
