GLW is the NYSE ticker for Corning, the leading producer of fiber.

Re turkish satellite: My reaction was, "Big deal, so what!".
The market may have taken it more seriously than I.

But I looked at Optical and Wireless as being a much bigger driver of growth than Satellite.
