You seem a bit serious- no <g>s? Usually ideas trigger additional ideas, ie brainstorming. If inventors had good, freely accessable patent search tools, maybe more things would be invented. Of course, much of our current woe can be linked to things invented in the past, so maybe it is a good thing that innovation has been slower than required. A stock based on recent discussion, ENBC. Using bacteria to desulphur heavy oil. No idea how viable this is, yet. But I understand there is interest in making coal deposits more 'earth freindly'. Perhaps there is a company working on a biocatalyst for this?
