Hi KLP - here is one for us who like conspiracy theory <VBG>. Mr Allen of VV was a softie. My guess is that even though he has distanced himself from the Redmond gang, he grew up with the chief softie. Did INSP get any backing from MS? Likely. Has Mr Allen done any matchmaking between INSP and GNET? Well, your guess is as good as mine <g>! Did Mr Horowitz get his arms pinched? I don't know. But, HO-MEE has made a good point, Mr Horowitz got GNET to the point of acquisition on a shoestring budget, not to shabby. However, there were a lot of forces at play and he might sniff the smell in the wind and did what he did. In the end, he is doing well, thank you very much.

best, Bosco
