Sunny,

It is easier to be more detached when you are sitting on 7 years worth of living expense money. Then knowing the long term trend is up and the historic performance of G&K's Mike can be more sublime about things.

I've always been comparatively sublime about volatility long before I set aside 7 years' worth to live on. It's knowing that the long-term trend is up that made it possible for me to be so.
