Hi B, Thanks for the heads-up on the news. I hadn't seen it yet, but had noticed the recent rise of ICA's stock. There's not been much news from them in a while. I did some serious down-side averaging in their stock at about $1-7/8 last summer, but haven't added any since.

I also own some of their convertible bond (ICARA?) and it's been reasonably stable for some time. It should get a boost from any debt reduction as it should strengthen the bond rating.

ICA's move today returns the price to where it was last April. An enormous percentage move.

It's actually starting to look a bit healthier in my portfolio. Still needs to go a long way to be happy again.
