The Chairman talked about that (SS) as well. I guess we have enough money going into the coffers for everything.

I'm just wondering what happens when the the cap gains tax receipts start to go away. Right now, when folks sell stocks that they bought 5 years ago, they get a big tax bill. That effect lags the market, as time goes on, if the market stays somewhat flat to down, those revenues will decrease. You've got to wonder how much of current cap ex is budgeted into the rosy picture for the government revenue surpluses for the next ten years.
