Keep an eye on the forward months for NG futures. I think with the proposed solution to the Cali-Ute crisis being centered around long term electrical contracts, we will see the generators locking up forward contracts aggressively. I strongly believe this will put a floor under gas prices untill substantial new supply comes on line (and maybe even afterwards, if depletion becomes a larger factor than we've seen up to the present).
