EL: The Techs are in a growth stage where they are facing diminishing returns. Returns in that sector are
closely related to the productivity gains/convenience the Customer realized by the application of new technology. Those gains are beginning to level off . The application of new technology is less rewarding than in the past in terms of productivity gains. This has led to some Consumer and Corporate resistance.

The high Tech sector will either have to rely on a new wave of disruptive technologies or improve their margins. Both will take time. Till that happens, growth in the high TECH sector is more likely to climb down from that lofty 30% we were used to.
