The proper thing to do, that is to protect the taxpayer, is to have an audit of the damage in the WH and the theft from Air Force 1 and prepare an invoice for the Clintons.

Separately, there is no doubt that the secret service needs to inspect the systems in the WH for any hidden pranks left behind. For example, if a computer virus was planted or if Bush's phone might go dead in the middle of a crisis, etc.
