Anyone who loaded up thinking the "bottom was in" could be in trouble.

Zeev:
After GLW and PMCS short term growth slowdowns announcements, one would have to figure that CSCO is going to retest 52 W lows before earnings annoucement on FEB 6.
Overall downside risk for tech stocks should be limited since corporate IT ran out of 2000 bugetary money in mid 4Q and now is armed with new fiscal year budgets and major help from the fed with fiscal policy.
Profitable companies are agressively going after increased market share and are committed to increased 2001 tech budgets. My only question is how more LU's are out there planning to layoff 10% or more of their workforce. These large reductions in workers is not going to do much good for the PC space short term.

DCB is definitely over for today. Only question if rotation into drugs and banks stops and it becomes a major selloff today.
