Hello!!! Do you know anything about DNS???

The name you quoted is a legitimate host name, not a domain name. It is at 193.251.82.2 and legitimatley belongs to a France Telecom customer. What's your point. ROOT-NETWORK is just a domain name someone has registered. Probably cost them $15. Intended to fool clueless people like you into thinking MS DNS servers are compromised.

Since when did ROOT-NETWORK.COM belong to Microsoft? In the DNS hierarchy the most significant elements are to the right. That domain has MICROSFT.COM 9 levels deep.

Go read a few RFCs and get back to me.
