Well I agree up to a point. Physical does have a place in a diversified PF. I am not buying gold bars left right and centre<grin>. But I have sold forward my US $$ for gold over the next 6 months. I'm betting $$ takes a hit and gold goes up. egold is pretty safe, unless you know something I don't.

I agree CEF is attractive and it DOES appear you can buy metal at a discount....this is amazing IMO! Some spare cash will find it's way to CEF I think. It seems liquid enough that you can move in and out as you wish.

However, two of my favorite stocks FGX and BAY are on the move so they have my attention right now....how do you spell leverage? I know you don't like CDN stocks as we have talked on this subject before.

Not too interested in Funds. perfer to make my own way.
