Let me explain the institutional mind set at this time. When a company borders on bankruptcy you sell. The only thing the company has is its Att owner. I would sell no matter what I got if I was an institution. A bunch of institutions bought off the recent bottom. They were speculating that the situation wasn't constructive, but that it was workable. It is inconceivable how that's the case now. The only thing that prevents the stock from gapping out to $2 is the Att ownership. The next question is how far down will Att's stock gap?
