DMA--In my view, spending it on the common good (with some notable exceptions,of course, like the one that you and I agree on) is what we're doing. Both parties went on a spending spree during the last year, and don't forget it's the Republicans who control both houses of Congress. It's a reversal to see the Democrats arguing for fiscal discipline and paying down the national debt, but that's the debate here right now...
