DMA--I'd have no trouble cutting a lot of the earmarks that Congress adds into the budget for their districts (i.e. Trent Lott sending defense pork home to his state that even the Pentagon doesn't want, would be one example among many);

I believe there should be a government commission (ala the Grace Commission) which is set up to go after waste in government.

I believe a lot of Ag spending is wasteful, inasmuch as it goes to giant corporate farmers.
