Will the real lawsuit winner stand up please?

Judging from the fact that the market seems to be confused (or either didn't really care about the PR), its actually probably a non-issue.. (obviously the lawsuit itself isn't the issue, but this series of PR's is..)

I find it rather ironic that just looking at the titles, you'd think INCY won by reading theirs, and AFFX won by reading theirs.. gotta love those spin departments!
