greg, i can say with beara surety, (which is 99 and 9 tenths unpure -g-) that leap poots into 2002 on emlx, will beat your average treasury bond -g- wat we had going into 1990 was boomers super leveraged into real estate, now the boomers are super-levered into tech stocks 2000, a late stage investment, the boomer eco boom is at an end, and this as at a time when you see best seller books like dow 100,000, dow 36,000, and the great boom ahead, and the politco's talking about putting SS into the stock market. b
