Paul,

On Wednesday, somebody on the AMDROID thread posted DDR SDRAM module prices in the $300 range - for 128 Meg DIMMS.

I think the $300 to $400 range is for 256 MB, and for PC-2100 rated parts.

These are PC-2100 parts, that are still fairly rare in the market, and the 2nd tier suppliers are taking advantage of the novelty of these parts, and are charging basically what market can bear. I guess even these prices will get more competitive once Micron starts selling PC-2100 DIMMs to end users.
