207.61.23.99 i got five waves down from the top and we bounced of a support area, i'm long now for a day trade, will evaluated what the rally looks like from here. i saw an article in the newspaper about the last congressman putting up his own website, the laggards are all on board, the internet buildout hit it's zenith 3/00 and i believe there is a lot of overcapacity built in the system based on the "new economy" theory, a fed rate cut may not be enough to cure this overcapacity problem, of course this is just a theory and a speculation, just as the bullz speculation that the bottom is in.
