The Nasdaq

Shack, I'll take any day at Whistler. It's one of my favourite places.

This Nasdaq chart looks ugly to me.

For the moment, and likely the day, I am holding all of my positions.

MACD histogram is positive but falling. That's not good.
MACD momentum lines were in an uptrend, breaking through the zero line. They are turning down. That's not good.

Stochastic is in the overbought zone, giving a sell signal.

CMF still positive but falling.

This morning on CNBC I have heard them repeatedly (IMO) misinterpret yesterday's testimony from Greenspan, and repeatedly mention a warning by JDSU (even though a number of guests have corrected them).
I am still hoping for an afternoon bounce.
I think I saw that Abbey Joseph Cohen will be on later this afternoon.
That's usually good for the markets.

Late Edit: The woman on CNBC who reports on bonds seems to have listened to what Greenspan said yesterday.
She is reporting correctly (IMO) that Greenspan's testimony seemed to confirm a likely 50 point rate cut.
