Buffet has the money and he may have a plan. The only thing is FNV reminds me of JACC which became JACCQ and then, called in the auctioneers to sell the office furniture and computers before disappearing completely. That was in 1996, I think, when the hot sub-prime lenders suddenly became cold, then frozen, then gone.

The problem with sub prime is that the borrowers are sub prime and when the economy feels the slightest draft, they get pnumonia.

FNV is a good trading stock but I wouldn't hold it in my portfolio when I went out for lunch.
