Agree. Nasdaq took a giant side-blow today with PMCS and CSCO
and held.

I think finally people woke up from their hangover
( including assorted analysts )and are starting
to count the beans ( something they should have done
in the beginning ).

They now can tell ( I think ), the difference between an
electron and a photon ( although we are not 100% sure about that yet, with CNBC ).

Perhaps there is hope...........

What we are seeing this q reminds me of what we expected to happen after y2k. And you are right the confluence of the election quagmire in the midst of a nasdaq decline(orderly until the election), and a retail buying strike led to inventory corrections and what looks like a softer first half now to be corrected by Alan's rate cuts and W's tax cuts which will lead to a soft landing and a 2nd half recovery. Under this scenario I am a buyer now, particulary after rate cut 2, next week, regardless of whether it is a quarter or half point.
