Scumbria, everyone knows that only Republicans really understand economics. So how could a Democrat be anything but lucky? If they saw such an expansion coming, they would have taxed it to death. Everyone knows this...

Had Clinton been a Republican, the last eight years would have been described as "Clinton's economic miracle".

Not by me. I can't answer to questions about what other people would have called it and why.
