how would be the question. to me at the moment it has more impact on general sentiment potentially than creating an actual trade out of it. but then again perhaps beef eaters won't be any less likely to give up their desire for beef than smokers give up ciggerettes or at least until the evidence grows enough to hit them in the face. i.e. years from now.
