I missed an opportunity to go to Stephenson's, and it has been about 20 years since my wife went. I have not been to Tatsu's or the Savoy. Last time I was there, I went to a place called The Jerusalem Cafe, a Palestinian restaurant, that was very good. There is an amazing diversity of cuisine in KC.....

Seattle....So many places now...in the "old" days we had about 10 good ones....now it's hard to choose...

Canlis, El Gaucho for steaks and beef-- pricey, but quite good...not nuts about Ruth's Chris here, but it's ok...

Spuds Fish and Chips, if you've been away, you always come back home to get F&C here

Salty's on Alki, just good food with a Grand view of Seattle from the opposite side of the water,

Daniels at Leshi, everything is good here...and you would be surprised who and how many people you will see here you either know or know of....,

Anthony's on the Waterfront, good fish, loud, fun, casual

Ray's Boathouse on the Sound, great food, casual and wonderful view

Hunt Club in the Sorrento....Elegant, quiet, superb food, romantic

BurgerMaster Drive In, for hamburgers, etc...right by the original Microsoft building - rumor has it that Gates still eats here

Issaquah Cafe for old time home cooking in a strip mall...Real milkshakes in the stainless container with about 2 glasses in each, homemade burgers like sandintoes suggested, in fact, homemade everything, and so reasonable you think they added wrong.

Nummmy Carolyn, reading all the posts, now I have to go cook dinner tonight...
